2027 Leaders

Greg is a full-time paid employee with Humboldt County Sheriff, Office of Emergency Services as the Program Coordinator. Greg is assigned the duty to manage the county Auxiliary Communications (AuxComm) team and multiple county CERT teams. Greg is type III rated for Incident Management Team (IMT) and Drone Pilot. He is an Incident Command System Instructor for first responders and volunteer groups.

Adrian has held management and executive level positions within the Semiconductor industry for over 30 years. Adrian volunteers with the Alameda County Sheriff’s Communications Team, as part of the Office of Emergency Services.  He is Assistant Section Emergency Coordinator for the ARRL East Bay Section, holds an Amateur Extra Class license and is a Part 107 Drone Pilot.

I've been tinkering with electricity forever, especially radio communication.  Starting with a CB license, then Novice, then Extra, and most recently a GMRS license. I'm grateful that I can apply the skills I've developed to work, play, and disaster volunteering. I've volunteered at Red Cross, aid stations, and local ham radio disaster preparedness exercises.

Randall Luebke is a Registered Financial Consultant, an Independent Fiduciary Investment Advisor, and the President of Lifetime Paradigm, Inc., an intellectual property company specializing in Retirement Planning, Asset Protection, Estate and Tax Planning.  Married for 46 years, Randy has 2 children, 2 grandchildren and he also continues to be an avid skier for the past 62 years.  Randy is a licensed ham radio operator, a member of ARRL, as well as the Laguna Niguel Auxiliary Communications Services (LNACS) and the Orange County Hospital Emergency Amateur Radio Team (OCHEART).  

Dan Genova participated in BEACON 2025 and 2026.  He completed the 2025 City of Richmond, California Richmond CERT Academy, and completed the CERT Train-The-Trainer Training in 2026. He is the City of Richmond North and East Neighborhood CERT Lead.

Dan has held technical, management, and executive positions in IT for over 35 years, and in cybersecurity for 25 years. He is also an elected Hayward City Council member. He currently serves as the Administrative Sergeant for the Alameda County Sheriff's Communications Team, as the California Region 2 Auxiliary Communications Mutual Aid Coordinator, and as the ARRL East Bay Section Emergency Coordinator.

Bob Kehr is a member of Amador County ARES, enjoys chasing DX, POTA, and infrequently participates in contests -- California QSO Party being his favorite. Bob and his wife, Robin, live with 2 dogs, a cat, and a menagerie of wild animals in the Sierra Foothills east of Sutter Creek, California.
